EMERGENCY FOSTER NEEDED FOR Cole. After everything this boy has faced, we urgently want to prevent him from going into boarding. Cole's current foster has to leave to support her mother during a challenging health situation, and while family must come first, Cole is now in need of a hero. If you’ve ever thought about fostering a dog but hesitated, Cole might be the gentle companion you’re looking for. Described as sweet and a true couch potato, Cole is potty trained and knows his kennel as a safe space. He gets along well with both big and small dogs and has even made friends with a bunny. He loves belly rubs and pets, and he’s just starting to explore the world of toys, picking them up and carrying them around playfully. This is the same dog who spent two years surviving on the streets, learning to trust humans again. He finally has a roof over his head, a safe kennel, and people he can rely on. Now he simply needs a calm, loving home to continue his journey. Cole is receiving treatment for heartworms, making a peaceful environment crucial for him. If you ever considered fostering, this is your chance. He doesn’t need luxury—just a safe space and some affection will do wonders. Belle's Buds Rescue will provide all approved veterinary care and supplies. Houston/Katy and surrounding areas are preferred.
