Winnie is a young, female Cattle Dog mix. At around 2 years old, she has a short coat in a beautiful Merle (Blue) color. Although currently not house trained, she shows potential for learning. Winnie is not yet altered, but her vaccinations are up to date. She is at the Animal Rescue Project in Kalamazoo, MI, looking for a caring home to help her thrive.

About Winnie

Winnie is a unique Cattle Dog mix, about 2 years old and on the smaller side of medium. She's a shy girl who needs some time to warm up to new people, so a patient adopter is ideal. Winnie is eager to learn, requiring some work on potty, crate, and leash training, especially since she’s still acclimating to a home environment after being in the shelter. While she's not suited for homes with children, she does get along well with dogs, though a meet and greet is necessary. This sweet companion is still fresh at the shelter, so she might take a little time to settle in and trust her new family fully.
