Meet Sven, a lovable Great Pyrenees who weighs around 84 lbs and is bursting with personality. At 2 years old, he oozes charm, being goofy and affectionate, always seeking closeness with his humans. Sven is extremely food motivated and enjoys playing with other dogs. Think of him as a giant, furry toddler – he brings joy and laughter wherever he goes. Despite his size, Sven is gentle and friendly, getting along well with both people and other dogs. He has even been tested with cats and did just fine. Sven enjoys leisurely walks, although he prefers shorter strolls with plenty of time to lounge and find the nearest air-conditioner vent. He walks well on a leash and is great in the car, plus he is house trained. While he's still learning some basic manners, his eagerness to please makes training straightforward. However, Sven should not be around small children due to his size. He’s a little too curious around chickens and birds as well. It would be ideal for him to have a friendly dog buddy at home to help build his confidence, though he doesn’t have to be adopted with his best friend, Kristoff.
