About Dennie

Meet Dennie, a charming older boy known as Dennis Hopper. Currently finding himself at the city shelter, he’s waiting for a leg amputation due to an old injury that’s left his front leg dragging and causing sores. He’s been fighting a nasty upper respiratory infection, so surgery is delayed. At an estimated 8-10 years old and weighing 33 lbs, Dennie is a loving lap pup who adores snuggles and gets along well with other dogs. Once he’s recovered from surgery, he’ll be getting settled into a warm foster home. He is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered during his surgery. If you can provide a loving and supportive home for this special senior pup, please consider filling out the application below.
