About Duke In The

Meet Duke, a lively 6-month-old Shepherd mix ready to find his forever home in the New England area. This energetic young pup is all about play and fun, and he thrives in an active environment where he can continue his training. Duke would flourish with a dog-savvy family that can provide him with the exercise and structure he craves. He would particularly benefit from having another playful dog around to help him burn off some of that boundless puppy energy. A fenced yard would be a fantastic bonus for him! Sadly, Duke's beginnings have been tough. After being adopted from a shelter, he faced rejection from a resident dog, leading to a brief stay with another family that ended abruptly when he was found abandoned under a bridge. Despite these challenges, Duke remains a happy and spirited puppy who deserves a loving home. Currently located in New Hampshire, Duke is available for meet and greets. If you think he could fit into your family, please fill out an adoption application to arrange a meeting. Duke is spayed and his vaccinations are up to date, and the adoption fee will be waived as a courtesy to help him find a loving home. Get ready to welcome this delightful puppy into your life!
