Meet Maribel! This sweet and gentle girl is eager to find a loving home where she can feel secure and cherished. At around 1 to 2 years old, Maribel weighs 34 pounds and is heartworm negative. She and her sister, Mattison, were found wandering together, likely abandoned. When she first arrived, Maribel was understandably timid, but with the warmth and patience of her caretakers, she’s starting to come out of her shell. She’s beginning to enjoy leash walks and is learning that adventure can be enjoyable. Maribel loves to sit quietly while being petted, reveling in the affection. This lovely girl just needs a patient family willing to help her learn to trust and feel at home. Notably, she gets along well with both dogs and cats, making her a wonderful addition to any family.
