About Dinky

Meet Dinky! This spirited young Chihuahua has overcome a tough start in life and is ready to bring joy to a loving home. Though he faced the possibility of euthanasia due to issues with his hind legs—specifically stage 4 Patellar Luxation and Osteoarthritis—Dinky remains optimistic and playful. He delights in zoomies and loves to sit in your lap or relax by your feet. While it was determined that further surgery isn't in his best interest, Dinky manages well on flat ground. Stairs are a challenge for him, but his determination is inspiring. In his foster home, he shares space with various dogs and even four cats; he’s friendly with them all and especially enjoys playtime with one particular feline friend. Dinky does well with respectful children, but a home that can accommodate his mobility needs is essential. He is house trained and shows great potential for adaptation. If you’re ready to welcome a unique companion who continues to strive for happiness every day, Dinky could be the perfect fit for you. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
