He has fully recovered from distemper but does experience some lasting neurological effects resulting in involuntary twitching in his jaw, face, and back legs. Despite this, he remains one of the happiest and most playful puppies you'll meet. Winston is ready to find a forever home that embraces him and his unique quirks.
