About Chester

Chester was found abandoned at a construction site in South Texas when he was just a young puppy. Part of a rescue mission called Elsa 8, he was among eight puppies thrown away like trash, but Chester’s story is one of resilience. With his adorable black coat and playful demeanor, he brings joy even in challenging circumstances. Named after a paralyzed raccoon, Chester is a living tribute to the spirit of survival. While his companions have all found homes, he remains the only one from Elsa 8 still seeking a foster space. Chester deserves a loving place where he can thrive and feel safe. Chester is good with other dogs and is just bursting with the energy and curiosity typical of a puppy. He’s been fully vaccinated and is ready to embark on his new adventure.
