About Ginger

Ginger is a sweet Australian Cattle Dog who takes his time adjusting to walks. He can be nervous, especially in hallways, and often requires encouragement to venture outside his apartment. Once outside, he walks alongside, though he prefers to stay a bit behind. He's responsive to treats, which makes outings easier. Interestingly, he has a preference for relieving himself on gravel and has a favorite lamp post for this purpose. Inside, Ginger is crate-trained, but getting him to go into the crate can be a challenge—he usually needs a gentle lift to get him started. While he's working on getting comfortable with other dogs, he seems to enjoy his alone time more now. Though he’s currently not fully potty trained, he’s making progress as he becomes more confident. Ginger is looking for a patient adopter who can help him feel secure. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let's get started.
