Nova is an adorable young houndy mix searching for a loving home. At just over a year old and weighing 22 pounds, she has a petite frame and a sweet demeanor that’s hard to resist. This little girl adores her stuffies, but snuggling tops her list of favorite activities. She enjoys car rides and is friendly with all people and dogs she encounters. Nova offers gentle kisses and already knows how to sit, especially if cheese is involved for her training. Crate trained, she delights in the company of other dogs, and true to her hound instincts, she loves to follow her nose and chase after small critters—including cats. She thrives on scent work enrichment and would do best in an active home that keeps her engaged with hound activities. To adopt Nova, all family members and resident dogs should meet her. Her adoption fee is $100 and includes spaying, vaccinations, treatment for parasites, and she is on preventive care for fleas and ticks.
