Jim is currently in a foster home in the DC area and does well with canine companions, which could help boost his confidence in a new environment. He hasn't been around cats or kids yet, but he is ready to explore the world and make new friends. Though he's a bit uncertain about new places, Jim is eager for those sniffy walks and cozy snuggles. He’s also open to dog training; it's never too late to learn! Jim tested positive for heartworms but is receiving treatment, which is manageable and allows for a normal life afterward.
