Thankfully, he and his siblings were born into foster care, where they received plenty of love and care. Now, Seiko is ready to find his forever home. At this age, Seiko is playful and full of energy. He’s expected to stay medium-sized, like his mom, who weighs around 40 pounds. This little one is friendly, and he gets along well with cats, dogs, and children.
