She's completed several positive-reinforcement training programs, proving to be an intelligent and eager-to-please student. Callie is also great at the vet and the groomer, making trips stress-free. While she hasn’t lived with cats, I believe she would adapt well to a dog-savvy feline with slow introductions. However, Callie can be slightly dog-selective. She's fantastic off-leash at the dog park, but in her home, she might be a bit pushy with smaller dogs, especially when it comes to food. A well-matched, tolerant dog would likely be a great companion for her, under careful management of resources. Leash manners are good overall, but she tends to pull towards other dogs and may react if provoked. Regular brushing helps keep her coat mat-free and comfortable.
