Meet Kat - Your New Adventure Buddy! Meet Kat, a beautiful black Lab Retriever mix with a BIG personality and even bigger energy! This energetic, eager girl is always ready for her next adventure and would love nothing more than a family who can keep up with her zest for life. Kat is the kind of pup who wants to be in on the fun! She'd thrive with an active, engaged family who can give her plenty of opportunities to run, play, explore, and burn off all that puppy energy. A big yard or lots of space to stretch her legs would be a dream, but what Kat really needs is a family who will make her a part of their adventures and activities. Once she's had a chance to get all that energy out, she'll be ready to wind down and enjoy some quality time with her people. And don't let all that energy fool you-Kat has a smart mind that loves to be challenged! She'll have a blast learning fun tricks, practicing training, and putting her brain to work. With patience, consistency, and plenty of positive encouragement, she has so much potential to become an amazing companion. Kat could also enjoy having a doggy friend around her age and energy level who can keep up with her playful spirit. Having a buddy to romp around with and burn off some of that energy could be a great match for this fun-loving girl! All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners. So, if you're up for the challenge and the fun, why not come meet me in person? Stop by during our adoption hours. For more details, email info@ahconnects.org or give us a call at 847-697-2880 x: 0.
