May, along with her friend or sister Sadie, has been in a loving foster home where she’s blossoming into a fun-loving small dog. Presumed to be a mix of Maltese and Poodle, these girls were rescued from an environment where they lacked socialization. Thanks to their dedicated foster mom, they are learning to enjoy walks and exploring the community on a leash. While they haven’t fully warmed up to the idea of being lap dogs yet, they prefer lounging on the dog bed and watching TV. May gets along well with other dogs and is gradually adapting to life in a home, although she’s still perfecting her potty training. A doggy door would likely help her transition, along with potty pads available in the laundry room as a backup. At around 8 pounds, she has been fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed.
