No one came to claim her, which is a shame, as her spirit remains unbroken. She's incredibly sweet, playful, and affectionate. When she gets excited, her entire body wags along with her tail! Her floppy ears, expressive eyes, and adorable head tilt make her impossible to resist. In her foster home, Nelly has adjusted well to her kennel, settling in comfortably. While she's still mastering house training, she's showing steady improvements. Right now, she's learning about grass and may need a little more patience and time outside before she decides to potty.
