Sarah Mae is currently at our rescue in Tarrytown, GA, but she’s ready for a new home and will be available for adoption in New Jersey at the end of September unless adopted sooner. After coming to us as an owner surrender, Sarah Mae has quickly adapted to her new surroundings. Initially a bit timid, she's shown her true colors since arriving, becoming social and affectionate with our staff and making new dog friends. Sarah Mae is playful and has shown great potential in crate training, although she will benefit from a bit more house training. She's confident with dogs and is also good with children, making her an excellent candidate for a family environment. While her behavior around cats is still a question mark, her joyful and intelligent nature should help her adjust well with guidance.
