About Kai
Meet Kai, a gentle and affectionate Husky with a heart of gold. At around 1 year old and approximately 45 lbs, he’s more of a couch dog than a typical energetic pup. His favorite activities include curling up next to you on the couch, soaking up love and affection, and claiming the entire bed while he sleeps in his favorite position — legs straight up in the air like he’s truly relaxed. Although a bit shy at first, Kai quickly transforms into a loyal companion eager to be by your side. He’s great with kids and gets along well with other dogs, making him a perfect candidate for a family environment. Kai is house trained, crate trained, and happy to explore the world on walks, but he treasures his lazy couch time just as much. Originally surrendered to a kill shelter due to no fault of his own, Kai was just minutes away from being euthanized before being rescued. He now seeks a loving family who appreciates his unique blend of adventure and relaxation.
