Max is a gentle, trusting, and loving dog who thrives around people. He’s a true people dog—Max enjoys the company of everyone and has a warm, affectionate nature. Volunteers have highlighted his sweet disposition, his politeness during treat time, and his love for cuddling. He displays a calm demeanor when meeting other dogs and has been friendly during every interaction. Max loves bath time, car rides, and gentle walks, especially when he gets to cool off in the air conditioning. One of his favorite treats? Egg McMuffins and ice cream! This delightful dog requires a home that can provide him with the gentle walks he enjoys while also managing his heartworm treatment. He’s currently heartworm positive, so he needs monitored activity and an environment where he feels safe and loved. Max is neutered and healing well from his surgery.
