About Carlos

Carlos is a part-time blanket burrower and a full-time cuddle enthusiast. This handsome 4-year-old weighs about 16-17 pounds, making him quite the huggable guy. He came to Fitchburg Friends of Felines from Philadelphia, PA, after his family decided he needed a new home. Carlos has a kitty sister named Maddie who is also searching for her forever family. Though he may have been nervous in his previous environment, his personality shines through with a little patience. Carlos takes his time warming up to new people and surroundings, so don’t expect him to rush right out for affection. Instead, allow him to get comfortable at his own pace. Once he trusts you, he transforms into a delightful cuddlebug who loves to snuggle and has an endearing habit of crawling under blankets. Carlos prefers a calm home where he can relax and unwind, enjoying the quieter side of life. Due to his nervous temperament, Carlos has had some challenges with vet visits, so he isn’t currently up to date on vaccinations. His new family will need to work with a veterinarian to ensure those visits are as smooth as possible. Carlos has already been neutered and microchipped, which are important steps along his journey to a happy home. He also has a food allergy to fish-flavored items, so that’s something to keep in mind. Carlos seeks understanding and gentle companionship. If you have the patience to help him out of his shell, he promises to reveal the cuddly and sweet version of himself. What are you waiting for?
