About Lexi

Lexi is a large, 9-year-old mixed breed female currently seeking a new home. She has an apricot and beige coat with white and cream markings. Lexi has shown to be dog friendly, although she can be quite nervous, especially with leashing and walking. The shelter environment has been stressful for her, and she hasn’t been evaluated for full body touch yet, as she is too anxious. Despite her shyness, Lexi is current on vaccinations and microchipped. She's not yet spayed, but all dogs at the shelter undergo this procedure before adoption is finalized. Unfortunately, Lexi's anxiety needs to be acknowledged with a patient adopter—she may thrive in a calm environment. If interested in meeting Lexi, please visit the shelter during operating hours. Lexi is ready for a loving home where she can feel safe and cared for. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
