Meet Cedar, a charming 1-month-old Chihuahua mix ready to brighten your days. Cedar is still getting accustomed to his foster care, so details about his personality will be updated soon. As a small breed, he is perfect for various living environments, especially homes where he can become a beloved family member. Cedar's adoption fee is $650, which covers his neuter, microchip, and vaccinations. This fee also helps Mercy Full Project continue their essential work rescuing and caring for animals in need. Remember, filling out an adoption application doesn’t guarantee placement; it's important to apply only if you're ready for the commitment. You’ll want to check back soon for updates on Cedar as he grows and his quirky personality shines through. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
