Meet Cheeto, a sweet 2-year-old male Chihuahua and Miniature Pinscher mix who’s on a journey to find a forever home. Currently located in Spring, TX, Cheeto weighs about 25 pounds and is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, making him ready for adoption. He thrives in a dog-friendly environment, having a blast with other dogs and looking for an energetic playmate to share adventures. While new to the leash, he walks calmly and enjoys exploring his surroundings, getting excited for a good squirrel chase. Cheeto is also great with kids, having interacted with children aged 7 to 14 without any issues. As a fully potty-trained pup, he uses a doggie door and prefers to roam freely rather than stay in a crate. His nurturing foster mom describes him as incredibly loving, always up for cuddles after playtime. Since he gets along well with his furry companions—including a 70-pound German Shepherd—he would truly benefit from having a dog buddy in his new home. Due to border patrol restrictions, adoptive families will need to meet in Blaine, WA to finalize the process.
