Although he isn't fully house trained, he shows good potential and is crate trained. Bandit is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He's friendly and gets along with other dogs, making him a great companion in Raleigh, NC.
About Bandit
Meet Bandit, a delightful Maltese/Poodle mix who was born on August 7, 2023. This young male is neutered and, despite being new to our care, has quickly become a favorite. He’s eager to please, gentle, and playful, which makes him a joy to be around. Bandit may not be fully house trained yet, but he shows promise! While walking on a leash, Bandit has a tendency to switch sides, which can be a tripping hazard. We've started training him to walk on one side, and his new owner should continue this to ensure safety. With consistent training, we believe he could thrive as a therapy dog, bringing joy to hospitals or retirement centers. Bandit gets along well with other dogs and may adjust to living with cats too. His energy level is generally low, but could increase as he becomes more comfortable. He’s ideal for a home with teens and would do best in an environment where he feels secure. He is also crate trained and rides well in a car. A fenced yard is preferred for his new home. This wonderful little companion is waiting for a loving family to help him reach his full potential!
