Meet Sourdough, a young calico cat who is slowly discovering the joys of companionship. Arriving at the shelter as a timid stray, she was unsure about the world around her. With each gentle touch, Sourdough's confidence has grown. Now, she’s learning to enjoy slow blinks and the comfort of affectionate pets. Although she still flinches at sudden sounds, she’s beginning to understand that some surprises can be delightful. Sourdough seeks a patient adopter—someone who recognizes that trust develops over time. She may prefer to observe her surroundings before fully engaging, but beneath her shy exterior lies a kitten ready to build a close bond. If you’re prepared to give her story the love it needs, Sourdough is eager to see where this journey leads. She was transferred from Tiny Tigers Rescue where she was found as a stray.
