Meet Quibble, a charming 3-month-old German Shepherd mix with a lot of energy and a playful spirit. Weighing in at 13 pounds, this black and tan pup is on track to be a medium-sized dog once he’s fully grown. Despite a tough past, having suffered a broken femur after being hit by a car, Quibble has bounced back beautifully, showcasing a delightful personality and keen intelligence. He is food motivated and already picking up skills like sitting for treats. Quibble adores toys, favoring tug toys and treat puzzles. After playtime, he loves to snuggle up, sometimes using a stuffed animal as a pillow. Quibble gets along well with other dogs and has even spent time with a dog-savvy cat. He has also interacted positively with young children, though he is still mastering his mouthiness. While he’s making progress with house training, he still has the occasional accident and understands how to use a potty pad. He’s also learning to feel comfortable in his crate. This smart puppy has plenty of energy and will need moderate exercise along with mental stimulation. While he does well with other pets, he’s not suited for a shared wall living situation due to his vocal nature when left alone.
