Mochi is neutered and has arrived at the shelter after his owner could no longer care for him. As a shy boy, he needs a quiet, peaceful home and plenty of time to adjust to his new surroundings. It may take him a little while to come out of his shell, but with patience, kindness, and a consistent routine, his confidence can blossom. Mochi is best suited for a home with older, respectful children who understand his need to approach things at his own pace. He won’t be the cat that runs to greet you right away, but the journey of earning his trust is incredibly rewarding. With time and love, this beautiful boy could become a cherished companion and finally get the peaceful forever home he deserves.
