Meet Leonard, a charming 4-year-old English Bulldog weighing in at 93 pounds. With his lovable face and affectionate nature, he quickly becomes a devoted companion once he trusts you. Initially, he may bark at newcomers, but give him some time and you'll find a loyal friend who enjoys spending time close to his people. Leonard loves playing with a ball, going for walks, and running around in the yard. He has a lot of energy and thrives on interaction with his family. At home, he follows you from room to room and settles down nearby, wanting to be included in everything you do. He gets along well with other dogs and would appreciate having a canine buddy. However, Leonard does not get along with cats—he’s known to chase them, so a cat-free environment is best. Given his size and energy, Leonard is best suited for a home without small children or elderly family members who might be unsteady. His ideal family will be active, able to give him the attention he craves. Leonard is house trained, enjoys bath time, and is a great car rider. Once abandoned and frightened, he now relishes the warmth of a loving home. He’s neutered, microchipped, fully vetted, heartworm negative, and on preventatives.
