About Betty
Meet Betty! She is ready for a second chance at finding her forever home. Originally adopted from our shelter in March, she returned due to landlord restrictions. Betty is described by her previous family as very friendly with both adults and children. She's potty trained, but she prefers to be the only pet in the household since she does not get along well with other animals. Initially, Betty may seem a bit timid when meeting new people and might keep her distance. However, once she's out of her kennel and given some time to settle in, her sweet and gentle personality shines through. Betty warms up quickly and loves attention once she feels comfortable. Staff describe her as a polite, sweet girl who enjoys being petted. She walks nicely on a leash, knows basic commands like "sit," and listens well to her people. Betty is looking for a patient, loving home where she can relax, build confidence, and enjoy being a companion. If you're in search of a sweet girl who will be happy to keep you company, look no further. Betty is ready for her next chapter. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
