About Gilly

Gilly is a charming 7-year-old Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix who needs a loving home. He came to us when his owner transitioned into hospice care, and while he loves his human deeply, he was understandably protective of her. It’s important that his future family understands the unique needs of chihuahuas and can show him patience. Once Gilly feels secure, he transforms into a cozy lap dog that loves to cuddle. He walks well on a leash and is potty trained, making him a great companion for quiet moments. Gilly does well with dogs after a meet-and-greet but prefers to be in a home without young children. As for cats, we can test his compatibility. Adoption is $250, helping cover his vet care. Come meet Gilly and see if he’s the perfect fit for your family. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
