Mikey tends to get excited, especially with other dogs, and shows interest in playful interaction. It's best that he meets any potential canine housemates beforehand. While Mikey is not aggressive, he has shown mild resource guarding, which makes him less suitable for homes with young children. Ideally, any kids should be 15 or older, capable of understanding proper interactions. Mikey thrives when given regular exercise and mental stimulation, like food puzzles and engaging games.
