About Moxie
Meet Mama Anna! This lovely 4-year-old blue-gray and white tabby is looking for a forever home where she can truly thrive. She came to us from a tough situation; after her owner moved away, many cats were left behind. Thankfully, caring neighbors stepped in to help. Mama Anna was rescued, but her journey started with some rough patches, including being covered in fleas and worms, and testing positive for FIV. Despite her past, Mama Anna is a real lovebug. She's affectionate and gentle, and she adores the kindness shown to her by humans. While she does have FIV, it doesn't restrict her from living a long, happy life. The virus mainly spreads through serious bites—not typical interactions—so she’d flourish in a home with other FIV-positive cats or as the only feline. Mama Anna is already spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. She dreams of a sunny spot by the window, a soft bed, and a human who will shower her with love and reassurance. No cat should ever feel abandoned again, and Mama Anna is ready to leave her past behind her. She deserves all the good things in life. If you’re the type of person who can offer this sweet girl a second chance, she is waiting just for you. Let’s work together to make sure this beautiful girl gets the life she deserves!
