About Juniper
Juniper is a little over a year old and one of the sweetest, calmest, and cuddliest cats you'll ever meet. Rescued as a pregnant stray in Texas, she gave birth to six kittens in a foster home. Over the months, our rescue has seen her loving spirit shine through as she nurtured her babies. Unfortunately, Juniper and her kittens are FIV+, which they contracted from her. The good news is that FIV is manageable and isn’t a death sentence. With proper care, including keeping FIV+ cats indoors and up to date on vaccinations, they can lead healthy lives. Although FIV+ cats are only a risk to others if they fight, we recommend Juniper live with no other cats or with fellow FIV+ cats. Despite her past, Juniper is incredibly trusting, enjoying napping, playing with small toys, and cuddling with people and her kittens. She even loves approaching strangers for some affection. Based in Texas, our rescue has partners who can transport Juniper to you! If you're interested in adopting Juniper or learning more about her and her kittens, please complete an application or call us at 830-875-0605. This sweet girl is ready for her forever home.
