About Cooper
Meet Cooper, a charming 1-year-old Husky looking for his forever pack. Currently being fostered in Canoga Park, he’s been spreading joy throughout the San Fernando Valley. Weighing in at 45 pounds, Cooper is sweet and goofy, embodying the classic Husky spirit. This lovable guy is expressive and opinionated, ready to greet you at the door and narrate his walks with a unique flair. Expect him to let you know when dinner is late; that’s just Cooper being himself. True to his affectionate nature, he doles out kisses generously and gets along wonderfully with kids. He’s not mouthy, doesn’t guard his resources, and shows impressive leash manners for a young pup. Cooper is friendly with most dogs, though he can be selective with his pals. He’s shown curiosity around cats during leash walks, suggesting that a cautious introduction with an experienced owner could work in a cat household. Crate trained and in good health, Cooper is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He typically can’t be crated for more than 2 to 4 hours, and he thrives in an active environment, needing daily walks of 3 to 4 miles. He’s still in his playful puppy phase but will settle down with time. Cooper is available for adoption anywhere in the USA and would love to meet you!
