Having spent his entire life outdoors on a farm, he’s quite comfortable around sheep and goats, showing his natural guarding instincts. However, he's not fond of farm birds or cats and tends to clash with other male dogs or those that might appear intimidating; he plays nicely with smaller dogs instead. While Alfredo is not housebroken nor crate trained, he loves walks and enjoys the company of people and kids, although his fondness for jumping might be a little overwhelming for small children. He also tolerates car rides, making him adaptable in some social settings. With time and patience for training, he could transition from a farm dog to a wonderful indoor companion.
