About Flamme
Flamme's journey has been quite remarkable. Initially wary of humans, she was brought into foster care from a Fairbury TNR project, struggling while caring for her five tiny kittens. She was underweight and recovering from a severe upper respiratory infection, making it difficult for her to provide enough milk for her babies. Over time, with proper care, good meals, and plenty of kindness, Flamme transformed. She now purrs at the sight of her foster mom, reveling in gentle ear scratches and the comfort of companionship. While she enjoys human affection, she prefers to sit beside you, soaking in the love while maintaining her personal space. Flamme originally faced return to the outdoors after her kittens were grown due to her initial shyness. However, she has shown that she is ready for a cozy indoor life as a cherished house cat. She's demonstrated her ability to coexist peacefully with other cats, and while she's had limited exposure to dogs, she would welcome them with slow introductions. Flamme thrives around respectful children who understand her need for space and affection. Flamme is already spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations, with excellent litter box habits. This adult beauty is now ready for a home where she can be spoiled.
