After enduring a rough life on the streets, with scars from past altercations and an FIV diagnosis, she’s now enjoying the comforts of a loving foster home. Her charming personality shines through; she once insisted on following a volunteer back to her car just for some affection. Mabel has a few needs: she would thrive best in a calm household with either other serene cats or laid-back dogs. While she’s gentle at heart, she sometimes plays with claws out, so homes with older children or respectful pets are ideal. Her daily routine consists of cat naps, sunbathing, and the renowned prancing to seek pets and kisses from her people. This lovely girl is about 3 years old, litter box trained, spayed, and up-to-date on her vaccinations. She’s also microchipped and has received preventative care for parasites. Mabel is ready to find her forever home where she can truly shine. Will you be the one to give her the second chance she deserves? Adoption details: Mabel is located in the Greater Houston, TX area and is available for transport to the PNW, Colorado, and the Northeast. Her adoption fee is $150, which covers transportation. Sorry, she cannot be adopted in NH, RI, or ME.
