Theo's journey began as a miracle. Rescued from a busy Houston freeway, he was in desperate need of care. Though his rough start left him a bit hesitant, he's proving every day that he can learn to trust and love. As a gentle kitten, Theo requires patience as he adjusts to new environments. Initially scared, he found solace in his foster siblings, Micah and Olivia, who helped him see that kindness exists in the world. He may shy away when someone stands over him, but his sweet nature shines when others sit or lie down. That’s when he comes over for gentle pets, revealing himself as a big purr machine! His soft blanket suckling shows just how much love means to him. Theo is looking for a patient, understanding family who can provide him the time he needs. He’s not one to jump into arms right away; instead, he thrives on a slow, trust-building relationship. With continued love and gentle encouragement, his confidence will keep growing. He would thrive best in a home with Micah or a confident, loving cat. At just 5 and a half months old, Theo is fully vaccinated and neutered. He may be currently in Houston but is ready to travel anywhere within the States or even Canada for the right home. His adoption transport fee is $100. Theo is litterbox trained, microchipped, and maintains a routine deworming schedule.
