Meet Brook, one of our little Happy Campers! This short-haired brown tabby girl was born on May 17, 2026. She may start off a bit reserved, but give her a moment and you'll see her sweet personality shine through. Brook is good with adults and curious about strangers, though she takes her time warming up. While she’s a little timid around children, she’s completely fine sharing space with them. With other cats, Brook is submissive, and she has a special bond with her sister Carbon, as they love grooming each other. She remains indifferent towards dogs. Once Brook trusts you, she’ll roll onto her back for belly rubs and might even surprise you with sweet little kisses. She's still learning about being held, but she’s making good progress thanks to her foster’s gentle guidance. A true toy enthusiast, Brook adores corkscrew toys and especially loves carrying around sparkling pom-poms. She thrives on small crunchy treats and lickable goodies, keeping her energy moderate with plenty of beauty sleep in between playtimes. Brook needs a patient family that will allow her to come out of her shell in her own time. As a playful kitten, she must be adopted into a home with another kitten or young cat to ensure she has a companion for fun.
