About Granger
Granger is a delightful German Shepherd mix currently at KC Pet Project. He originally came in as a stray on December 17, so his past is a bit of a mystery. After being adopted, he was returned the very next day due to unrealistic expectations. Luckily, Granger hasn’t lost hope and is ready for a forever home. He may be a bit shy initially, but he quickly warms up—especially for his beloved hot dogs. At around 4 years old, he’s in the prime of his life, enjoying a balance of playfulness and relaxation. Granger is highly treat-motivated and quite intelligent. He has successfully learned the ropes at the shelter and keeps his kennel clean. He enjoys leisurely walks, often stopping to sniff around, making him a great adventure companion. Granger has also shown wonderful behavior with young children he’s met, although he’s still adjusting to the hustle and bustle after being alone for a while. Neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations, Granger is all set for his new life. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
