About Kiara

Meet Kiara! Kiara is a charming red Doberman who, despite being over 10 years old, shows no signs of slowing down. You wouldn't guess her age by her spirit, and she's not sharing her secrets to staying youthful. Found as a stray with another dog, Kiara's microchip revealed a previous owner who had rehomed her. When her latest family didn’t come to get her, we ensured this sweet girl found safety with us. Kiara is an affectionate companion who simply craves love. She seeks attention with the cutest little head nudges and has perfected the beloved Doberman lean. Friendly with other dogs at the shelter, she also appears to be housebroken and will be cat tested soon. Being a senior, Kiara has moved past the puppy antics, preferring a tranquil life filled with love and gentle companionship rather than chaos. She’s looking for a cozy spot to relax and a family to cherish her during her golden years. If you’re considering adopting a senior Doberman, Kiara could be the perfect match for you—she may just make you rethink why you waited so long.
