About Lorenzo
Meet Lorenzo, your tiny adventure buddy with a big heart. This 2.5-year-old Chihuahua mix may weigh just 10 pounds, but he has a personality that fills the room. Lorenzo is not only microchipped and neutered, but he's also up to date on vaccinations and a proud graduate of Houndsman Canine Academy. He’s fully potty trained, walks well on a leash, and knows commands like sit while happily responding to his name. Sensitive and thoughtful, Lorenzo thrives on consistency and a predictable routine. He takes a daily dose of gabapentin to help him stay calm. This little guy has a playful side too, especially enjoying games of fetch. He does well with small dogs that match his energy and can cohabitate with confident, dog-savvy cats. However, he would ideally be in a home without large dogs, as they can make him nervous. It's important to note that Lorenzo has had fear-based bite incidents, typically when startled. By letting him wake naturally or gently alerting him before touching, this behavior is manageable. Lorenzo will flourish in a calm, adult-only environment where he can build confidence and receive the love he deserves. He’ll return the favor with unwavering loyalty and affection.
