Mathew came from a crowded living situation and, while he’s small now, his full-grown size remains a mystery as he descends from larger adult dogs. Currently, he’s soaking up all the puppy basics like crate training, housebreaking, and leash skills. Mathew is playful and energetic, and he’ll thrive in a household that’s dedicated to his ongoing training and socialization as he grows. Being raised alongside other dogs, a friendly canine companion would be beneficial for his social development, though it's not strictly necessary. For homes without another dog, a thoughtful training plan will be essential. Mathew has yet to be tested with cats, but his age suggests he could adapt well with the right introductions. While he hasn’t completed his vaccination schedule yet and can’t go on public walks, he needs a private yard for now.
