About Peggy

Peggy is a petite girl at just 25 lbs and around 11 months old. We expect her to reach about 38-40 lbs as she matures. Currently living in a sanctuary in South Texas, she’s on a journey to find her forever home. This gentle soul has a big heart and adores other dogs, whether they’re large or small. Found with many other dogs in a cemetery, Peggy had to learn to fend for herself. Despite her past, she remains calm, content to either play or simply observe the antics of her fellow canines, occasionally joining in the fun. Peggy thrives in a calmer environment; she enjoys playtime in the yard and loves lounging in her kiddy pool. She’s making strides in leash training and is already crate trained. Inclusively, she gets along well with children and cats, making her an ideal addition to a loving family. Spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped, she is ready for a new chapter in her life. If you’re looking for a sweet companion to cuddle up with and enjoy beautiful days outside, Peggy would be a delightful choice. Click apply to start the adoption process.
