Roxy is a striking 48-pound girl with a heart of gold. Her long legs give her a unique appearance, almost like a tiny gazelle in motion. At around 2 years old, she was found in January 2026 in a cemetery, navigating life with over 12 other dogs. After more than a year of fending for herself, she is now under the care of a sanctuary in south Texas, just waiting for a forever home. This affectionate girl adores the company of other dogs, whether they’re big or small. Roxy thrives in a family atmosphere, especially with well-behaved children around. Cuddling is one of her favorite pastimes; she loves to snuggle up next to her humans. In her spare time, you'll find her joyfully playing with her toys or gently chasing pigs on the farm. Roxy is crate-trained and does well when left alone, keeping things quiet and calm inside the house. She can be a little bit of an escape artist, always eager to explore the nearby woods, but she responds quickly to calls. The ideal home for Roxy is one that is moderately active, ideally with other dogs to keep her engaged. Regular playtime and exercise will help her shine as the almost perfect companion she is.
