About Maddox

Meet Maddox, a delightful 1-year-old Lab mix weighing about 50 pounds. He’s a professional ball chaser, part-time goofball, and full-time sweetheart. Maddox brings a playful spirit and a unique charm that shines through once he feels at home. This friendly fellow is a fur-sibling fanatic and thrives when he has a playful dog companion by his side. Maddox loves kids and enjoys their company, making him an ideal family dog. While we haven't assessed his feelings towards cats yet, he’s crate trained and fully potty trained, which is a great plus! Maddox is currently working on his leash manners and is mastering the “sit” command. His love for toys, especially balls, is endless. Throw one, and you’ll see his inner athlete emerge! Beneath his goofy demeanor lies a secret snuggler waiting to connect; with a little patience, he will show you his affectionate side. Though new experiences may make him a bit anxious, he needs a loving family who can offer encouragement and reassurance as he learns the world can be a safe place. If you’re on the lookout for a playful and cuddly companion with a heart of gold, Maddox just might be the perfect fit for you! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
