Meet Sasha! This lovely Husky mix found herself in a tough spot at a high-kill shelter, but thanks to an incredible foster, she’s now safe and thriving. At just about a year old, Sasha has a playful spirit and weighs around 45 pounds, although she could use a few extra pounds. Sasha is full of energy, always ready to romp around the yard and play with other dogs. She’s perfect for an active home and would love a friendly playmate in her forever family. While she gets overstimulated in unfamiliar settings, Sasha’s eagerness to learn makes her a joy to train. She’s already potty and kennel trained, though she’ll admit that the kennel isn’t her favorite spot. This social girl loves kids and people, but her excitement means older kids might suit her better. Sasha has a fun personality and is always ready to sing out when she’s feeling playful or when she needs to go outside. Cuddly at heart, she enjoys relaxing after her adventures and soaking up belly rubs with her humans. Currently being fostered in Houston, Texas, she’s working through heartworm treatment and will be ready for adoption soon. The $600 fee includes transport.
