Meet Harley! Harley is a sweet 6-month-old girl who appears to be a Miniature Schnauzer/Yorkie mix. She arrived at the rescue with her brothers after their owner could no longer care for them. Now, this adorable girl is eager to find her forever family! Though she can be a bit shy when meeting new people, give her a moment, and you’ll see her sweet personality come to life. Once she feels secure, Harley transforms into a delightful cuddle buddy who loves staying close to her humans. She gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a furry companion. Harley thrives with a securely fenced yard because she enjoys outdoor playtime but doesn't like being outside alone. Left to her own devices, her clever mind might try to escape. So, a secure fence and supervision are essential for her safety. She’s making progress with her potty training but has a distinct preference: rain is definitely not her favorite! Her new family should continue her training with patience and encouragement. Due to her shy nature, an adult home or a household with older, respectful children would suit her best. Harley is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. She is ready for a loving family willing to help build her confidence and show her how wonderful life can be.
