About Dolly
Meet Dolly! Every once in a while, a dog comes along that makes it hard not to fall in love, and Dolly is one of those dogs. She was found as a stray and has since blossomed into a delightful companion. Dolly is believed to be a Dachsador, a mix of Dachshund and Labrador Retriever. She’s completely house trained, never having an accident in her foster home. When nature calls, she goes directly to the door to let you know. Outdoors, Dolly loves to run, play, and explore, and she's learned to come back when called. She's also picking up fetch surprisingly well. This curious little lady does fantastic with other dogs and gets along fine with the four cats in her foster home, displaying curiosity without chasing them. Dolly is quite smart; she already knows how to sit and is learning stay. Food motivates her training, so having some snacks handy will definitely capture her attention. She’s playful and might follow you around, eager to know what you’re up to. At the end of the day, she enjoys some playtime before curling up on her bed and snoozing through the night. Dolly thrives on human interaction and loves inclusion in whatever her people do, whether it’s outside play or lounging inside. She deserves a forever home, and her adoption fee is $450, which covers her veterinary care and supports the rescue's mission. Dolly will be placed through a Foster-to-Adopt program so that her potential family can ensure fit. If you’re searching for a sweet, playful, and slightly nosey little best friend, Dolly might just be the perfect match for you!
